Billy has a wide variety of experiences in all phases of roofing. His experience includes setting up a project, meeting OSHA safety standards and training new exployees to operate the various roofing equipment, as well as, installing all types of roof systems. Billy has been with Phinney Industrial Roofing, Inc. since 1990.
